Eating healthy breakfast is the best habit to make everyday. I know at first is the hardest, but if you want to stay healthy you just have to make the best of it. I am no exception for a fact that I’ve been struggling to maintain the health diet as well. I miss my old self I tell you, that’s why am doing the best I could to balance my diet and avoid more sugar and carbs. Granola with Yogurt & Berries sounds great. My favorite. So much healthier.

Summer is fast approaching. I can’t wait. Although it is summer season already here in the Philippines this time of year, but still am looking forward the Utah summer as I want to experience the temperature what is like. The husband has a planned for us this summer. We are going to visit one of those Utah mountains. I just forgot what its called, but it was a very popular mountain. If the planned push through, I might going to buy one of those Outdoor Research Hats so my face won’t get sunburn. The size of the hat that I like [Sombriolet Sun Hat] is big enough to cover my neck and face so I don’t have to worry of burning in the sun too much.

I am not ashamed to say that I’m fat. That is very unfortunate and I am not so happy of my current weight right now. I badly needed to lose weight-that’s a fact. I could say that it’s been a struggle since giving birth to reach my goal to no avail. Giving up the carbs intake is the hardest thing to do especially I got used to eating rice [3] times a day for two long years. It has been very stressful and frustrating every time I’ve gone to the stores trying to buy some wardrobe and nothing would fits me.

Honestly, I’ve never been feel so frustrated in my entire life but now. I just simply don’t know how to start losing weight. It’s been [6] months already and yet I have not lose an inch. How sad that is. Maybe if I just quit eating carbs entirely and avoid eating some sweets that probably going to help. I’ve been telling myself to try taking some diet products or seek an expert advise which product that is best for me to take and effective.

With that being said though, perhaps I need to read apidextra reviews first as I don’t want to take any risk at all. I will feel better if I know the product before taking it. My ultimate goal is to lose weight before this year ends. I pray that God will guide me on this journey.

I’ve always been a huge fan of Titanic since I’d saw the movie was shown in theater in 1997. Since then, I’ve been following the story as I got interested to learn the lives of more than a 1000 who perished during the ill-fated maiden voyage when it hit the iceberg on April 15, 1912. It was a heart breaking tragedy. I sometimes watch the story in the history channel every time it comes on. How time flies. It’s been a century already indeed as it marked a 100th anniversary this month. As it marked a 100th anniversary since the tragedy, the Titanic expedition is under way.

The MS Balmoral’s Titanic Memorial Cruise follows the same course, sans iceberg. The ship set sail with the same number of passengers (1,309) and planned to rendezvous with the wreckage site on April 15 before heading to New York. Winds up to 45 mph, though, prevented the luxury cruiser from docking in Ireland. We’ve been away from home for several days as we spent holy week with family and relatives in the jungle. We had a great time especially the kids. I’m so glad that we went to my home town because we got to spent time with them before I fly home with my baby next week.

Also I learned a lot from my uncle who is a carpenter and a welder man. He was discussing how millermatic works as he was using it in his previous employer. He is just an ordinary guy, so he owns a very limited welding supplies. He only buy of what he can afford which is a wise idea. There were times that I’d helped him buying some of his tools/supplies when I had the extra money. And I wouldn’t mind helping him out sometimes though.

But this time the budget is somewhat tight so I just couldn’t help him at the moment. Maybe next time I’ll have some extra money I will try to help him again. At least now I have an idea where to buy some of the supplies he’ll need after I found the Baker’s Gas website where to order any kinds of Miller Welders supplies with exceptional quality and performance. The prices aren’t too bad either.

I heard of this company that specializes in small business internet services recently. As soon as I heard small business in a person’s conversation, I made sure to pay attention. We launched our business a year ago now and ever since we started up, I have paid a lot more attention to the things people say and do when it comes to running a smaller business. There are a lot of things you do not think about before you open shop and I have definitely learned a lot about how a business functions. The only difference in my mind between those big companies and us is that they have a structure in place. We are still building our structure for business everyday so it makes like a lot more exciting and really gives us an advantage in ways. We are not stuck to some legacy system. You would not think that would be such a problem, but it can sometimes be a real hindrance when it comes to doing business. The conversation I heard about Internet actually turned out to be really helpful. I switched our provider and I know that definitely will not be the last time I change our business model based on a stranger’s opinion.

I love the way we prepare the food these days as we serve fruits for breakfast. The pineapple and grapes are just perfect! I just love having some fresh fruits being served in the table as well as serving the regular meal for my family. The kids loved it too. We all love fruits especially the fresh ones. The pineapple is so delicious and sweet. And also the grapes just perfect. Tomorrow we are going to have some orange and apples. I decided to alternate serving the fruits every morning during breakfast. That way we don’t have to eat all the fruits at one time.

I love listening my favorite music in my phone just like everyone else. As for me, I prefer to use headphones because I don’t want to annoy someone next to me while I am in public. When I travel, my headphones and MP3 player or cell phone was my companion to get rid of the boredom during on a very long trip. Making a connection flight is killing me so I always get all my gear to entertain myself. Unfortunately, my headphone is broken probably for using it too much. I need to buy a new before I fly home. I heard that In-Ear Headphones are the best kinds. I am open on anything, so I would probably going to try this brand. I seriously need to buy a new one just so I can listen my music during my trip home in less than (3) weeks time from now.

I used to love riding a horse when I was little. I’d owned several riding pants too because it’s easier to ride a horse that way when you wear it. My mom made sure that I got all the things I need for my riding back in the day.

Unfortunately, when my family decided to moved to a different city, my dad has sold my beloved horse because traveling with animals back then was impossible. I was heart broken, but because I was still little only (7) years old and can’t make the decision at all.

So when I was old enough I went back to my grand parents town. I’d missed my grand parents the whole time we were gone that’s why I made an effort of visiting them. I was very happy to see my grand parents again and to step foot in the town where I was born because I felt like I was home. Also I was very happy that I got to ride a horse once again. For some reason I just love to ride a horse and not once ever been afraid of horses. Maybe someday I will be able to buy a horse and I get to ride it again. If not, maybe I could train my daughter to ride a horse instead when she gets older.

As I’ve said in my previous post that my daughter is in the top ten honor roll second grader. Earlier today was a recognition at her school. I am so proud of her that she has maintained her good grades the entire school year. She got a medal and certification of recognition and academic of excellence. She did a great job indeed!
