A Carpet and Rug Cleaning Is What We Need

I can’t wait for the bank to approve the house loan. Hopefully, they are going to make it fast since we submitted everything they needed. I am just way too excited to move in the new house and live normal once again. I know moving is not gonna be easy, but we will do what we can to make it smoother and of course take our time unpacking all our stuff. The main thing is we have to get all our stuff from the storage, and of course bring the furniture so we have something to use. I have so many things in my mind right now and that caused me sleepless nights too.

But firstly, we have to call a carpet cleaning company to clean the carpet in the entire house just like this round rock texas rug cleaning service company in Austin who could do a magnificent job. We need to have someone to do it for us to clean the house really well because we have an infant daughter. So I am somewhat picky when it comes to cleanliness. Secondly, is to arrange all the furniture where they supposed to belong and probably buy some new furniture for the living and formal dinning area. And lastly, once the carpet is clean, we can be settled in to our new home and be comfortable. Living to a normal life is only thing I hope for.

Waiting It Really Makes Me Feel Restless

I so hate waiting. As I’ve mentioned in my previous post that we are in a house hunting. Well, the first bid we made it didn’t go too well for a fact that we got outbid from other buyer, they offer higher than we did. Obviously they fell in love with the house too and wanted it badly. At least we didn’t really put our hearts into that house so we are not that heart broken. I tell you, this house hunting it really gets into me, and I feel like just want to give up and forget the whole thing. But we needed a home for our family.

I have to admit, it was kinda fun at first, but when you look at so many houses, you get burn so easily. It is somehow frustrate me and so stressful. But anyway, last Saturday we had an appointment for the house viewing that we really liked. It was a beautiful house both in and outside. We really love it. Our realtor agent was really nice because he made sure that no one else made an offer of the house, so we made an offer Saturday morning right after we looked the house. The response was quick because the owner of the house has accepted our offer earlier today. He agreed on what we want which is great.

The house it’s been pre-approved but, we have to wait for the bank to approve it if they like our offer. We hope that they are not going to drag their time looking into all the paper work. Or else, we may have to forget it and keep looking another house again. I so hate waiting because it makes me feel so restless. But we are crossing our fingers, and probably toes though that the bank will approve it really soon just like the realtor agent said since it has been previously approved already. Looking for the right home for our family it is harder than I thought. Wish us luck though!

He Love His New Sunglasses

My better half is a very picky person-which means he is really hard to buy. He has some certain brands that he stick to, so I don’t usually just buy him anything without any consideration because I so hate returning items in the stores. Every time I go shop I make sure that he really like the stuff I bought for him to save me trouble from returning it. Just like last week, when I ordered sunglasses I let him picked out which designed he likes to make sure we are in the same page. When the package arrived last week, I’m so glad that he really liked the Firmoo Glasses that I ordered for him. It fit him perfectly, and I have not heard him saying negative about the product. Which is a good thing because we will not be returning it for sure. His comment was, I actually really liked this sunglasses. It fits nicely and very stylish. Wow! That is a rare compliment from my better half’s mouth. I have to agree though, the sunglasses is really nice and stylish.

Looking for the Perfect Home for Our Family!

Looking for a new home for our family is the most stressful time of all. We’ve been in a house hunting for the last couple weeks, and so far we found one that we really liked and we put our bid on it right away but haven’t heard anything back if they accepted our offer. Of course it’s only been (3) days so they are probably taking their time reviewing which best offer they are going to get from it. We just love the house because it’s in the really nice neighborhood, and it got a lot of potential in it that we decided is the perfect home for our family to raise our children. I love the landscape of the yard and it has a really huge yard both front and back.

It’s our first time dealing the situation looking for houses, so we just don’t have any clue what ourselves getting into. It is harder than what we thought. We’ve looked so many houses and we actually liked most of them, but the problem is, they were on for short sales. That is not good, that would take months chasing one house, so we opted to stay out of short sale houses.

But anyway, crossed fingers that they’ll consider our offer. I am just tired living in the apartment that I’m so ready to move in to a regular house and be comfortable. If they will accept our offer, it is possible that we could move in by the end of the month likes what the realtor agent say. I am just so ready to live in a home again and live a normal life. I am praying that the Big BOSS will hears us and grant our wish.

I will be going to a doctor for my wellness check up in the next few weeks. We are new in town which means doctor’s are new as well. I hate changes but, we don’t have much choice. I am not really looking forward to it as I am not ready to put myself in the lab scale yet because I’m afraid to see the numbers of how much I weight right now. Wellness check up once a year I can handle it, but I am just not ready to face the fact of how much weight I’d gained since giving birth. I know its silly and is just a lame excuse to see a doctor, but I’m just dreading the idea. I don’t have a choice though since it’s been almost (2) years already since I last visited my Internal Medicine doctor. Quite a long time already, so the husband is bugging me to have my yearly check up again since I’m in town. I guess it’s time to face the fact that am indeed fat, eh? Not really exciting!

Late Anniversary Dinner Celebration

We had our late anniversary dinner date celebration at Red Lobster lasts night. We’d planned it a month before I came home with my daughter, and so we did it last night. Supposed to do it as soon as we arrived about a week ago, but my daughter and I were both struggling to adjust and it’s really hard to go out when you are not feeling too good.

So we decided to just wait. I’m glad that we waited though because I felt so much better to go out yesterday. I choose Red Lobster because I so miss eating seafood as I have not eating them in such a long time. Besides, I love Red Lobster the way they cooked their seafood. My main course was Red-lobster and shrimps sauteed in butter with rice pilaf and steam veggies. As for the husband, he ordered fish Tilapia blackened with Cajun seasoning and rice pilaf and french fries. Also he ordered a dessert-wave cake with ice cream on top.

I can honestly say that I enjoyed so much with my scrumptious dinner that I ate every cramps of it. It was a bit pricey dinner, but it sure was all worth it.

10th Wedding Anniversary

I know I’m late for posting this, but because we were out of town for the last couple weeks didn’t got around to write about this. And I’m still posting it anyway. April 4th it marked our 10th wedding anniversary. I can’t believe its been this long already. It seems like it was just a year ago when we said our vows. But it is really 10 years already. Although, we’ve been apart for the last two years for we were trying to get all the legal matters for the children.

For that, I can’t complain because every sacrifices we made it will be worth it. The kids are ours now legally. We may had been apart that long, but our marriage still strong and that made us stronger person to hold our family tight no matter what the circumstance comes our way. To you my wonderful husband, happy 10th wedding anniversary and thank you for being the best provider and very supportive to us. You are the best, I love you with everything that I am and so does our children. So thankful to have you and I couldn’t ask for more. I thank God everyday of my life to ever found you and being so blessed with a wonderful family.

Propellerhead

When the band came to my dad’s small town, I was amazed that they managed to take their propellerhead with them at the event. Even though the travel distance is kinda far but they didn’t mind taking all their music instrument just so they could please everyone in town. Local people had praised them as they played the music beautifully. The sounds was just awesome. We truly enjoyed it by listening all the songs they played. The vocalist of the band was fantastic. Everyone hopes that next year the local officials will hire the same band again for the concert. We hope against hope that it won’t rain though because it’s hard to find shelter especially the concert hall in town is just too small for everybody.
